Shawnanigans has an artisan food truck based in north central Indiana that has been specializing in cheeseburgers, grilled sandwiches, and homemade jams and sauces since 2020.

BISON

Shawnanigans Food Truck specializes in bison cheeseburgers. We are the original bison-focused restaurant in Kosciusko County and we pride ourselves in providing quality bison burgers that are seasoned and hand-pressed to order.

According to the USDA, bison meat has significantly less fat, calories and cholesterol and contains higher amounts of protein, iron and vitamin B-12 than beef, pork, chicken and salmon. It has high vitamin B content, is a good source of iron, and is an excellent source of selenium and zinc.

We also carry high-quality beef on the food truck and our smash burgers are now made with beef unless bison is requested for a small upcharge.
